I had a great stay at this venue over the Christmas period. The location was perfect for me as it was situated close to the Christmas markets and the city center. It was also easy to get to the Messe from here. I loved being next to the river, it was such a peaceful spot. The room had great amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. I also enjoyed the lovely terrace and appreciated the soundproofed rooms and free toiletries. The staff was exceptional, very friendly, and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the welcome drink that was offered upon arrival.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt.

This hotel is in a great location, right by the Main river and the Christmas market square. The room was clean and the bathroom recently renovated. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of foods. There was also the advantage of being able to enjoy a courtyard view from some rooms.
The hotel staff did not handle a lost item situation professionally and did not respond to emails.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and lovely. The room was clean and had a big window cum balcony with a beautiful view of the river. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the old town and tourist attractions. There were also many good restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.
No complaints.

The location was perfect, right across from the Main river and just a short walk to the Christmas market and other attractions. The room was spacious and super clean, with a majestic view of the Main river. The hotel had a cozy, warm feel, especially during the Christmas season. we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view. The AC worked well and kept the room cool. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The location was excellent, close to public transportation and within walking distance of the city center. The price was also very affordable, making it a great value for money.
The shower drain in my room wasn't working properly, causing water to overflow onto the bathroom floor. the lack of clear signage made it difficult to find the hotel initially, leading to some confusion.

Great location with beautiful river view. Large, clean rooms in a well-maintained old building. Polite and helpful staff. Close to shops, restaurants, and city center. Noise from the street was minimal.
